RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Need to make a return on another purchase? No worries. Simply email email@example.com with your order number, product details, and reason for your return/exchange within 30 days of receipt to request a shipping label. After emailing our customer service team for a shipping label, pop your unworn, unwashed, original condition items in the post. Return shipping is free within the US, and available to our international friends for a postage fee based on your location. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original form of payment, less any shipping costs.
For exchanges, although you're not able to request this through your account, our customer service team is more than happy to provide you with information on how to return your original item and can help you place your new order. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
